1. Quem somos e o que fazemos

A Basso Consulting LLC, que atua com o nome comercial Seu Visto Certo ("SVC", "nós"), é uma consultoria educacional sediada em Southlake, Texas, EUA. Oferecemos orientação e apoio administrativo a estudantes, principalmente brasileiros, em programas de estudo nos Estados Unidos: escolha de escolas, matrículas, preparação e organização de formulários e documentos, e acompanhamento de processos relacionados aos estudos.

Importante: não somos um escritório de advocacia. A SVC não presta aconselhamento jurídico e nossos serviços não substituem a orientação de um(a) advogado(a) licenciado(a) nos EUA. Você é sempre livre para consultar um profissional jurídico de sua escolha.

2. Sem garantia de resultado

Decisões sobre vistos, permanência e benefícios educacionais ou de permanência cabem exclusivamente às autoridades dos EUA (como USCIS, Departamento de Estado e consulados) e às instituições de ensino. Trabalhamos com dedicação e experiência para preparar bem cada caso, mas nenhum resultado é ou pode ser garantido.

Valores, condições de pagamento e escopo de cada serviço são definidos em proposta ou contrato individual, apresentados antes da contratação. Taxas governamentais e de instituições de ensino são de responsabilidade do cliente e não são reembolsáveis pela SVC.

5. Uso do site

O conteúdo deste site (textos, marca e identidade visual) pertence à SVC e não pode ser reproduzido comercialmente sem autorização. As informações do site são de caráter geral e não constituem aconselhamento jurídico ou promessa de resultado.

6. Limitação de responsabilidade

Na máxima extensão permitida pela lei, a responsabilidade da SVC limita-se ao valor efetivamente pago pelo serviço contratado. A SVC não responde por decisões de autoridades governamentais ou instituições de ensino, nem por atrasos e mudanças de regras alheios ao nosso controle.

1. Who we are and what we do

Basso Consulting LLC, doing business as Seu Visto Certo ("SVC", "we"), is an educational consulting company based in Southlake, Texas, USA. We provide guidance and administrative support to students, mainly Brazilians, in U.S. study programs: school selection, enrollment, preparation and organization of forms and documents, and follow-up of processes related to the study process.

Important: we are not a law firm. SVC does not provide legal advice, and our services do not replace the counsel of a U.S.-licensed attorney. You are always free to consult a legal professional of your choice.

2. No guarantee of outcome

Decisions on visas, status, and educational or stay-related benefits rest exclusively with U.S. authorities (such as USCIS, the Department of State, and consulates) and with educational institutions. We prepare each case with care and experience, but no outcome is or can be guaranteed.

3. Client responsibilities

Provide truthful, complete, and timely information and documents; review and sign your own forms: you are ultimately responsible for the information submitted; and keep your contact channels (WhatsApp/e-mail) active during the service.

4. Fees and payments

Prices, payment terms, and scope are defined in an individual proposal or service agreement presented before engagement. Government and school fees are the client's responsibility and are not refundable by SVC.

5. Use of this website

The content of this website (texts, brand, and visual identity) belongs to SVC and may not be commercially reproduced without permission. Website information is general in nature and does not constitute legal advice or a promise of results.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SVC's liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the contracted service. SVC is not responsible for decisions by government authorities or educational institutions, nor for delays and rule changes beyond our control.
